Product

The Scope Ledger System is a downloadable collection of operational and educational files. Product descriptions and included formats appear on the sales page and checkout.

License

A purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files within one business across that business’s own client projects. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public sharing, and use as a competing template product are prohibited.

Responsible use

The materials are not legal, tax, accounting, employment, or financial advice. They do not replace a signed agreement or qualified professional review. You are responsible for adapting the materials to your contracts, business, clients, and jurisdiction.

No guaranteed outcome

Lineproof does not guarantee revenue, margin, dispute prevention, client approval, or any other business result. Results depend on your agreements, pricing, client relationships, implementation, and decisions.

Payments and taxes

Our merchant of record processes payment, calculates applicable transaction taxes, and appears as the seller on the checkout and receipt. You remain responsible for your own business and income-tax obligations.

Intellectual property and changes

Lineproof and the product materials remain protected intellectual property. We may correct errors, improve files, update these terms, or discontinue future sales. A purchase does not promise perpetual updates or custom support unless the checkout states otherwise.
