Refund policy

Digital delivery

The Scope Ledger System is a digital product made available immediately after purchase. Because access cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered to the extent permitted by applicable law.

File or description problems

If the files are materially defective, inaccessible, duplicated by mistake, or materially different from the checkout description, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Include the order number and a concise description of the problem. We will first attempt to provide a working or corrected copy and may approve a refund where appropriate.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location. Our merchant of record may also apply its platform rules, fraud controls, and legally required refund procedures.
